Job Description: As member of Java Center of Excellence develop and maintain reusable components (frameworks), establish enterprise Java/J2EE technology standards, provide consulting services according to best practices, participate in research projects focused on introducing new Java/J2EE technologies.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reusable components (frameworks) that are utilized by the J2EE developer community.
Disseminate relevant information on the use of frameworks and Java technology.
Support Application Delivery organization on community-based discussion lists, troubleshooting problems and giving guidance on best practices.
Update J2EE COE manuals and documents as appropriate .
Help in the organization of J2EE COE presentations or events .
Establish enterprise Java/J2EE technology standards through researching advanced and emerging technologies.
Participate in research projects that are focused on introducing new Java/J2EE technologies into the environment .
Provide consulting services to IT departments on the development of applications and the use of J2EE COE frameworks according to best practices.

Skills Required:
4+ yrs overall IT experience including:
4+ yrs. of JAVA EE development experience .
4+ yrs of experience with Java, XML .
4 + yrs of experience in EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC .
4 + yrs of experience in (SQL / ORACLE / DB2 / SQL server) .
3+ yrs of experience in JUnit .
3+ yrs of experience in UML .
3+ yrs of experience with WSAD / RAD / Eclipse .
3+ yrs of experience with WebSphere application server or equiv (Weblogic, JBOSS, Glassfish) .
1+ yrs of experience with PVCS or equivalent .
2+ yrs of experience with Struts (MVC) framework .
2+ yrs of experience with Object Oriented Analysis and design concepts .
Knowledge of core JAVA EE patterns.
2+ yrs Web Services Design / Development experience .
2+ yrs experience with Object to Relational Persistence (Toplink, Hibernate, JPA.) .
2+ yrs experience with Cryptography, Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign On, Message Level Security Major contribution to multiple projects

Job Description: Resource will be working with business to
gather user requirements and perform requirement analysis with
functional team members

Analyzing documents, draw out requirements like workshops, surveys, developing business processes using task flow analysis and work-flow analysis, simultaneous engagement in various initiatives, collect, evaluate and compress data and information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts and differentiate between actual and required user needs.
